Everything you need to survive for at least seven days in case of war - Grandma's survival backpack

Salt, sugar and soda in small vacuum bags, a Swiss Army knife and two plates of material that allows you to cook on direct fire - one deep and one braid for the lid. Socks , warm underwear , gloves , small packages with herbs for seasoning the food.

Survival food with a long shelf life ( part of my "grab in case of war" backpack)

Call me old-fashioned, but when it comes to survival food, I don't trust these new inventions with dry food, and I prefer the good old canned food. Canned meat and lentils - cook quickly, do not take up much space in the backpack, and provide the necessary protein and carbohydrates to withstand the load.
